Job Description

The SSC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff) exam is a national-level recruitment exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission to fill various Group C non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts in different government departments. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks such as maintaining records, data entry, and other administrative duties. The job role requires candidates to work in a team and perform tasks efficiently.

Eligibility & Salary

• Age Limit: 18-25 years (for general candidates), 18-27 years (for OBC candidates), and 18-30 years (for SC/ST candidates) as on 2026-08-01
• Educational Qualification: 10th pass from a recognized board or institution

Syllabus & Exam Pattern

The exam will consist of two papers: Paper-1 (Objective type) and Paper-2 (Descriptive type).

• Paper-1: 100 questions (200 marks) - 90 minutes

  • General Intelligence and Reasoning (25 questions, 50 marks)
  • Numerical Aptitude (25 questions, 50 marks)
