Job Description

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Group D recruitment is for various posts such as Track Maintainer, Helper/Assistant, Assistant Pointsman, etc. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining the railway tracks, assisting in train operations, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Educational Qualification: 10th Pass from a recognized Board
• Salary/Payscale: Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹18,000-56,900)

Syllabus & Exam Pattern

The exam will consist of four sections:

• Mathematics: 25 Questions (30 Minutes) - Number Systems, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, etc.
• General Intelligence and Reasoning: 25 Questions (30 Minutes) - Analogies, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, etc.
• General Science: 25 Questions (30 Minutes) - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.
• General Awareness and Current Affairs: 20 Questions (15 Minutes) - History, Geography, Economy, Polity, etc.
